In this episode, Christian tackles the world of RADO, and how they may have beaten Rolex at their own game.

RADO’s biggest issue is their reliance on being the brand that does weird stuff with some cool and different materials in case, bracelet, and dial. At least, for a long time. Lately, they seem to have gotten a grip on what their innovation means for them as a brand, and for the products themselves. If they price themselves just right moving forward, they could easily offer some of the best mainstream value in the watch world.

Through a discussion on our newest collaborations with Jean Rousseau, Christian touches briefly on something that has been on the minds of a great many watch geeks (from what our comments section has been saying, anyway) – has T&H jumped the shark with the release of the Fulton, our leather wallet? In our minds, T&H has always been an outlet for our passions as people. We have always been kind of open about that, but since watches were at the forefront of those passions, we allowed these wrist-mounted timekeepers to give us a platform through which we could, eventually, get to include other things that we and so many other geeks are super passionate about, including things like style.
