From The Curator
This is a remarkable example of the late Heuer 2000 Series Quartz Chronograph, showcasing distinctive triangular hour markers, a factory-blasted case, and beautifully crafted silver subdials with intricate concentric grooves that contrast elegantly with the simple grey dial.
This model, reference 272.006-1, represents one of the final Heuer models from 1984/5, preceding the brand’s transition to TAG Heuer in 1986. Inside, it houses the highly regarded ‘super quartz’ caliber 185 movement, a Dubois Depraz 2000 Chronograph module powered by a quartz mechanism.
Finding one of these stunning pieces in such pristine condition is exceptionally rare, and we couldn’t be more proud to offer it here.
And of course, it comes complete with a certificate of authenticity and appraisal and is shipped carefully and fully insured.
