Omega Speedmaster 145.022
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY & APPRAISAL
1 YEAR MECHANICAL WARRANTY
FROM THE CURATOR
The Omega Speedmaster 145.022 is one of the most hotly desired vintage models out there today. The successor to the legendary 321 powered Speedmaster (i.e., the first one on the moon), the 145.022 features Omega Caliber 861, which would eventually go on to become the 1861 powering the modern Moonwatch. A manual winding movement in keeping with tradition, this example comes with a 1038 flat-link bracelet to really call back to the era when the Speedy was king. Its 42mm case is made of stainless steel, and the aluminum bezel has faded from the traditional black to an almost navy blue with time. The entire case in unpolished, maintaining those iconic, sharp Omega lugs, and giving the watch an unparalleled wrist presence.
And of course, it comes complete with a certificate of authenticity and appraisal and is shipped carefully and fully insured via UPS expedited service.
ABOUT THE BRAND
Omega is one of history’s most significant brands. Whether we’re talking about the Seamaster, one of the first mass-market dive watches, or the Speedmaster, the first watch to be worn on the moon, the point is that Omega has been strewn throughout history as a brand to be reckoned with. Add to that the fact that they are now Bond’s brand of choice, and you have a real winner on your hands.
