While Theo & Harris has become one of the watch industry’s most popular sources of news and opinion, retail is our foundation. We curate an ever expanding collection, connect our pieces with passionate clients and have built a global community in doing so.

Vintage Watch Warranty
Each of our watches, from mid 20th century Omega’s to contemporary pieces from F.P. Journe, are accompanied by documentation of authenticity and appraisal. They’re also backed by our one year warranty, though we do expect careful treatment of all watches and do not cover damage inflicted post sale.

Returns
Clients are given a five day grace period after sale to return their wristwatches, no questions asked. To initiate a return, email office@theoandharris.com for shipping instructions and appropriate labels. All returned wristwatches that have been shipped and received must be returned in the same condition as when they were sold. Once received, Theo & Harris has 3 days to issue a refund, minus shipping costs.

Changes & Cancellations
To request an order change or cancellation, clients are encouraged to email info@theoandharris.com within one hour of sale. Please note that changes and cancellations are not guaranteed, as packages are shipped often.

Shipping
For both domestic and international sales, clients can choose between FedEx and UPS expedited service. All packages are fully insured and shipped immediately after payment review and approval.
